Digitalis Sales Terms and Conditions
If you are purchasing on credit, your payment is due in full within 30 calendar days after the invoice date. A service fee of 2% per month will be added to all amounts owed starting on the 31st day after the invoice date. Customer is responsible for all reasonable collection costs, court costs, and attorneys' fees (whether or not suit is filed) incurred in the collection of any amount due.
Direct Foreign PurchasesFor purchases directly from Digitalis outside the United States:
- Purchases from outside the US must be prepaid. Please contact us to discuss payment methods.
- You will be the "importer of record" and will be liable for any import duties and taxes. Please investigate these costs using our proforma invoice before ordering.
- To ship to the European Union, we require that the purchasing organization (1) provide a valid VAT number and (2) agree to finance the eventual collection, treatment, recovery, and environmentally sound disposal of any electrical products purchased from Digitalis.
- If you desire to use your own shipper, there is a $100 documentation fee.
Digitalis Education Solutions, Inc. stands behind the products it sells. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Digitalis in salable condition, within 30 days after receiving it for a refund. There is a 10% return fee, or a 5% exchange fee for a similar product. You are responsible for all shipping charges, including insurance, which can not be refunded. We are unable to accept returns of custom products such as custom sized or printed domes, as we can not resell these.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Digitalis before returning any item. Follow our return instructions for your return to be accepted and to avoid additional fees.
