Effective Date: 2026-03-16

This warranty applies to Digitalis planetarium systems, inflatable domes, and related equipment manufactured or integrated by Digitalis Education Solutions, Inc. (“Digitalis”). This warranty forms part of and is governed by the Digitalis Standard Sales Agreement available at:

https://www.digitaliseducation.com/terms_and_conditions

Standard Three-Year Limited Warranty

Digitalis warrants that such products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, including defects in the integration and configuration of system components supplied by Digitalis, for three (3) years from the invoice date issued by Digitalis (the “Warranty Period”). Invoices are typically issued at shipment or, if installation services are included as part of the order, upon completion of installation.

If a covered defect arises during the Warranty Period, Digitalis will, at its sole option, repair the product, replace the defective component, or provide a functionally equivalent replacement. Repairs may be performed using new or refurbished parts. The Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In no event shall Digitalis’ total liability exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Components

The Digitalis warranty does not apply to components manufactured by third parties (for example projectors, computers, or other branded hardware). Such components are subject to the warranty provided by their manufacturer, which may differ from the Digitalis system warranty period. When applicable, the manufacturer warranty period for such components may be described on the relevant Digitalis product page.

Digitalis will reasonably assist customers in obtaining warranty service from the manufacturer for third-party components supplied as part of a system.

Performance and Environmental Conditions

System performance may be affected by room geometry, projection surfaces, lighting conditions, installation conditions, facility infrastructure, electrical quality, temperature, humidity, or compatibility with third-party equipment. Digitalis does not warrant performance affected by conditions or infrastructure not supplied by Digitalis.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must be made during the Warranty Period.

Warranty service requests should be initiated by contacting Digitalis technical support at support@digitaliseducation.com. Customers are responsible for performing a reasonable degree of troubleshooting before submitting a warranty claim.

Customer agrees to provide reasonable assistance for troubleshooting, including access to the system, logs, or diagnostic information as requested. Digitalis may require remote diagnosis or testing before authorizing warranty service.

Products returned for warranty service must receive prior authorization from Digitalis (an RMA number).

Extended Warranty

Extended warranty coverage may be available at the time of purchase or prior to expiration of the standard warranty. Extended warranties extend the Warranty Period but are otherwise subject to the same terms and conditions unless stated otherwise in writing.

Warranty Disclaimer

THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED BY DIGITALIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.

Digitalis shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including loss of profits, loss of use, or other economic loss arising from the use or inability to use a product.

The remedies described in this warranty are the Customer’s sole and exclusive remedies for any breach of warranty.
